Looking for a career in the Financial Services industry? Are you looking for a fair, generous, and ethical company to work with that values you and your goals? Do you want to build a residual income for yourself and your family? Do you want to receive a higher than average payout? If you answered yes to all of these questions, then look no further! At Association Financial Services, we back up other claims to the cliché of “come work for the best family oriented company where employees come first” by putting our integrity and money where our mouth is! We guarantee to offer you a higher payout compared to any Investment Advisory Firm or Wire House out there. New to the industry? We’ll train you the right way and will continually support you and your business, whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned veteran. In order to be successful, we firmly believe in helping others become successful too! Most importantly, possessing many principles that make up our ethical standards are qualities we really pride ourselves in. We always say what we mean and mean what we say! Here are qualities we look for in a long-term partner:

1. A self-starter,
2. A desire to learn,
3. A positive attitude,
4. A strong work ethic,
5. A commitment to honesty and integrity,
6. A willingness and aptitude in following direction,
7. A belief to always conduct yourself in an ethical manner,
8. A motivation to help your clients reach their financial goals,
9. A mindset to always place the needs of others ahead of your own.

– If the above traits are how you live your daily life, then listed below is the only legal requirement needed to represent our Firm –

You will need only one license to start, but eventually we recommend a second. First, you will need a Series 65 license or qualified exam requirement waiver. A waiver is typically holding the CFA, CFP, ChFC, CIC, or PFS professional designation. If you don’t have any of these designations, then you can take the Series 65 exam without being sponsored by a broker-dealer. Click here for more information about the exam. A Series 66 license by itself also qualifies (this is the Series 63 and 65 licenses combined), but you cannot take the Series 66 exam unless sponsored by a broker-dealer. You do NOT need a Series 6, 7, or 63 to work for our firm! These licenses are only required in the broker-dealer world; however, the landscape of the industry is evolving from commissions (broker-dealer compensation), to fee based (RIA compensation). With a Series 65 license, you will become an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) and have the ability to charge a fee for your service. It will also allow you to trade stocks, bonds, options, ETFs, and more. Second, we suggest you obtain a Life Insurance license so you can also offer your clients Fixed and Fixed Indexed Annuities through our affiliated company, Association Financial, LLC.

If you are interested in further exploring what our Firm has to offer, please click the button below to securely upload and send us your Résumé. Please do not call our office. We look forward to reviewing your Résumé and will contact you in a reasonable time frame, so that we may discuss a mutual opportunity in more detail.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Association Services was started, a successful independent insurance agency accompanied with a strong internet presence which focused on insurance products in Arizona, Michigan, and Ohio. The firm represented many different insurance carriers and specialized in Health, Life, Disability, and Long-Term Care Insurance.

Association Services transitioned to another market segment due to predictable changes in the Health Insurance industry. Subsequently, we shifted our focus to the IRA, 401(k), 403(b), and 457(b) plan market place. There, financial planning needs were provided to individuals, as well as administrators and educators in school districts across the state of Michigan and Texas. Today, we still provide services for clients that have insurance and financial needs whether they are a group, self-employed, or individual.

Association Services was reincorporated into two companies – Association Financial Services, LLC and Association Financial, LLC, our affiliated insurance company. Today, financial planning and insurance needs are provided to individuals, administrators, and school employees, but now a majority of time is devoted to Social Security and Retirement Education and Planning. Association Financial Services is a Registered Investment Adviser and services clients across the United States.
